Eliminate green and red underlines after document checking is fini

Is there is a way, after I have done all the grammar and spell checking I
want on a particular document, to eliminate all the green and red underlines
for that particular document.

On the Spelling & Grammar tab of Tools | Options, check the boxes for "Hide
spelling errors in this document" and "Hide grammar errors in this
document." This will suppress the display but not prevent you from rerunning
