ele5132.sys error from Windbg

Does anybody know what causes this error ele5132.sys? I had the BSOD and it
said Driver irql not less or equal, and I used Windbg to find that the
suspect was ele5132.sys but I have not found anything about it on this forum,
and Yahoo only turns up 7 responces

As the error indicate a conflict in the IRQ, so try to go into your Device
manager and see if there are any conflicts/issues marked by Yellow mark or a
Red X.
ele5132.sy Network Card or in some cases reported to be belong to PC
cillin, so try to update your NIC driver from the NIC manufactirer.
