egroup dialer problems

I scan and show a spyware program called egroupdialer...
delete it and it shows up next scan. how can I get rid
of this and what is it?
 
This didn't work at all. The program ran. The log said nothing other than
the program ran. It did try to change my default home page.

It might be me... or EGroup got more sophisticated.
