Every time I'm trying to reach some websites the internet
explorer or the aol software shut down.I recieve these
errors from aol.

Error C0000005 occured in module mshtml.dll at address
048B3E28.

If not what other module (file) is causing this error in mshtml?

Did you install any new software recently that could have changed the
version of the file?
