EFS Problem

I have an EFS problem. i saved several folders on, lets
say, D:\ partition (NTFS of course), and i encrypted
those folders. But my WinXP (on C:\) crashed so i ended
up having to reformat that partition. After i finished
installing the new copy of WinXP i couldnt open the files
in the encrypted folders due to the fact that i encrypted
it before my XP crashed. If anyone has any idea how to
decrypt it, please help me.

If you did not save the required keys, the data is most likely gone
forever.
