EFS & DRA on standalone laptops

Is there a way to include a DRA on a group of standalone
laptops that are using EFS so that if the laptop craps
out, I can put it's hard drive into another laptop as a
second drive and recover the encrypted data?

If not, what is the suggested method?

Hello Glenn,
Copy the private keys to a floppy of each laptop and you will be able to
recover the data in that manner.
