EFS Advanced Atrributes on Multiple Files

Hello,
I have a folder with hundreds of files in it. I encrypted all of them with
EFS. Now I need to add someone to the decryuption list, so they can also open
the files, but I can't find a way to select Multiple files to change that add
that user, OR even better, to add that user to the list of who can decrypt
the file on a folder level.
On the folder level the details for encryption are grayed out.

Any tips are appreciated.

Give him the certificates disk? Sort of defeats the purpose though.

Give him the certificates disk? Sort of defeats the purpose though.

But the problem is that I can't add them to the folder level, or add the
users to multiple files at once. It has to be done one by one. ( Iguess?)
