Hi:

i made the mistake of installing eFax messenger. Now I want to get rid of
it, but I can not delete the files in the folder, I get the error message
"Access Denied" I have even gone into dos, and still get the same error
message. Is there any way to delete these files?

Have you rebooted since the install?
Have you check in Task Manager's Processes tab that all processes for
eFax have been killed?
Have you tried using msconfig.exe to disable all startup programs and
reboot?
Have you tried rebooting into Safe mode and then deleting the files?
Is the message really just "access denied" or is there something more
you did not mention, like "file inuse"?
