I need to be able to create learning presentations that allow direction by
input from user/viewer with afterward testing.

Can I gain some push in the right directions please?

Hello Sedoshi

I have just been evaluating a program called Articulate which can adapt your
presentation to be used over the internet, it's excellent. Articulate has
many options available, including testing and it is SCORM and
AICC-compliant. The evaluation will let you use the full functionality for
15 days and it will display a "evaluation only" logo when you publish
everything.

For more information visit http://www.articulate.com

Have fun

I have a sample CBT presentation at the link below that can provide all
sorts of testing (all within PowerPoint). I have code that ports the data
to an Access database, sends an email, etc.

Check it out and let me know if I can assist you.

I have several options for using PowerPoint to create tests at my site.
Click on "Examples by Chapter" and start with the examples for Chapter 7:
