Editing your custom dictionary

I recently added a few of words and names to my custom dictionary in
Microsoft Word 2007. I was simply wondering how i could get those words
and/or names back out of the dictionary, because i added them spelled
incorrerctly and now when it changes it after i spell it right it changes it
to the incorrect word. So I would like to know how to delete words from the
dictionary that i added or how to edit them.

Go to Office button > Word Options > Proofing. Click the Custom Dictionaries
button. Select the proper custom dictionary (there may be more than one) and
click the Edit Word List button. In that dialog you can select a word and click
the Delete button.
