Editing Web server files error

Hi! I am trying to connect to another machine on my network to access the
Inetpub folder to edit my website.
I can't create nor delete anything. What could be wrong?

Well, the list of what could be wrong is probably much much
larger than the list of what is right. Perhaps you should start
by outlining how you are doing this and what you are having
happen.
 
I shared the whole drive where I have my Inetpub folder. For some reason I
can create files in any directory except that one. It sends me an error that
says that access is denied. I wonder what could be wrong.

Based on that way of going about it it sounds like it must
be the NTFS permissions on that storage area.
