Editing right click pulldown menu

When i right click on a web page, I get the usual options
such as cut, paste, etc, but I also have "free xxx
galleries". How do I get rid of this. I have run ad-
aware, and I'm all out of ideas!! Thanks in advance!!

Did you update Ad-Aware before scanning? You may also try removing the context-menu entry manually under this registry key:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt]
