Search entries in

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers

Download and run shexview.zip from:
http://www.snapfiles.com/get/shellexview.html

It will create a list of all shell extensions. Click on the column
heading "Type" to sort by type and scroll down to the context menu
grouping. See if the item is listed there. If so disable then remove it.
