How can I secure only certain fields of previously entered records on a form
from being edited, while still allowing the other fields to be edited and
still be able to add new records?
I have used the General Ledger Account Template for Access 2003 as a
foundation for my database.
I have a form that is made of controls that draw from two separate tables.
The form is intended for users to enter new records with content required for
every field except three checkboxes. I want to prevent the user from being
able to edit any of the required fields for previously entered records but
allow them to edit the checkboxes at will.
