Hi,

Who can help: A databse running on my laptop, no metwork connection. It's
not possible to edit a form. By clinking cntr-database name the database
should open exclusive. So the problem is that the database seems to be
openend exclusivly by some-one else. But there's only one user, me!!

How can i get rid of this lock?

Best retads,
Eric

No, normally speaking databases don't open exclusively even if you are
the only user on a standalone machine. You can specify the /excl
command line switch if you want to.
You may also want to delete an old ldb file if there is one.
