Editing cell formulas within a macro

I have cells that I want to add to the current formula using a macro for
repetitive tasks,

ie
edit
home
right one
=(new stuff 1)formula
end
=(newstuff 1)formula(newstuff 2)

any suggestions or appropriate links?
