Hi
I would like to edit some avi files that I have taken with my digital
camera. In addition to editing the video I would also like to edit the audio
to eliminate unwanted background noise. I have tried using Goldwave and I
can get the sound the way I want it but It won't allow me to overwrite the
existing sound file.
If anyone can recommend a suitable programme that can do what I want I would
be very grateful.
Regards
Bill

VirtualDubMod can do exactly that. You extract audio from the avi, process
it, and then put it back in the video.

Thanks Fran
I have got Audio Dub and I am trying to eliminate some white noise from one
particular avi file. Do you have any experience in doing that ? Goldwave has
a specific filter for doing that but I can't find a suitable filter in Audio
Dub.
Any ideas.
