Hello,

I have a spreadsheet and I've added comments to some cells where I can add
details pertaining to that specific cell. Is there a way to make edits to
the cell easy...i.e. using a hotkey or perhaps another method instead of
using a comment. Also, I want to be able to print the comment information.
Is there a way to do this as well?

Thanks,

D, see if this will help, look for Insert a Comment with Date and Time here
http://www.contextures.com/xlcomments03.html#DateTime

Debra also has lots of other information on comments there
