Edit with <ProgramName> icon never changes

Hello,

In the IE toolbar there is an icon on my other computers that changes when
you can edit a page with Word, FrontPage etc. Except on this new computer it
never changes, it is always the default icon. But if I mouse-over it it
displays the proper name for the program that it will launch. It just isn't
changing the icon - can anyone please help.

Let me clarify....I have tried this again and it will show the correct icon
for everything but FrontPage 2003. If I click on the dorpdown arrow though,
it does show the correct icon - any ideas?
