Edit Shared personal calendar using OWA

Does anyone know if there is a way to edit (add or remove appointments) on a
shared personal calendar while online? The delegated user has Publishing
Editor permissions on the shared calendar; however when they attempt to
access it using Outlook Web Access, the New (appointment) button disappears
and the software will not allow any changes to be made.

AFAIK, no, but you might also ask in the microsoft.public.exchange.clients newsgroup, which covers OWA issues.
