edit record

Hi,

I would like to add an 'edit record' button to my form. Can anyone help
getting me started on doing this. Do i need to change the data in the table
in order for this to work? If so how can i create a button that takes me to
the item in the table?

Try this sample file called QuickFindCombo on my website in Access Tips (below)
It shows how to use a combo box to quickly find any record in a dataset.
