Edit part of file name for all files in folder

Not sure if the subject will all display or not....

I have to export a number of files every month from a system to a folder
(.csv files). Each month, each file has to be renamed so that the last four
digits of the file are the month & year, then the file ext (xxxx0607.csv).
Is there any way to edit all of the files at the same time? But only to add
that last part - the first part of the file name & ext are fine.
I've found where you can edit them all, but it gives them the same name &
adds sequential numbers to the rest - not what I need to do.
