edit cell under conditions

Is there any way I can insert an editing function under a conditioned functio
(ie - if(b5>0, "make the cel color index - red","")) without using a macro

Select "Conditional Formatting" from the Format menu.

goto 'Format - Conditional format' and enter your conditions and
formats

Yes, use conditional formatting

Select B5
Goto menu Format>Conditional Formatting
Select a Greater than condition and a value of 0
Click Format
Select Patterns
Choose a colour
OK
OK

All done.

It can be extended to many cells, just select them all first.
