how does one edit bcc recipient list in sent messages?

i have sent an e-mail to a group of people using bcc but now, i need to
refer the same e-mail to one of the bcc recipients without showing the names
of the other bcc recipients

so put the one contact in the cc or to field, and leave the rest in the bcc
field.

but if i simply resend the e-mail message, that one person can claim that he
is not in the original (bcc) e-mail i sent.

i intend to attach the earlier (bcc) e-mail i sent as a .msg file (message
format) but if i am to do that, all the bcc recipients list will be shown. i
tried to delete the rest of the recipients but outlook did not allow me that.

in the 1st place, can we edit an e-mail contents without forwarding or
replying to it?
