Does there exist a progamm that can

edit (delete, add, modifiy) files in an *.ISO - file?

Don't know if there are any freeware ones about but I'm sure someone will
enlighten me.

Extract (commandline utility)

web page does not say so, but Extract.txt and file_id.diz inside the
archive claim it can also inject files.

I don't think Easy ISO can add or delete files on an existing ISO. It
creates fresh ISO's from the files you select. (Many CD burning programs
have this feature built in)

Open Easy ISO and click on the word "CD INFO". Select one of the sessions
by clicking on it. When you double click on the files in a session they
will be extracted to the Easy ISO folder.
