eCommerce to sell files

Can anyone recommend a complete eCommerce solution that:

- is compatible with FP2000
- will take customer's credit card info, the deposit money in my account
- provide the customer with an opportunity to download the file they have
purchased
- has a time-out, password or other security feature to help prevent
unauthorized downloading
