You mean the tools themselves? NAnt and NUnit are .NET replacements for ant
and junit. Unless you mean Eclipse itself, and the answer there would be no.
I think someone wrote a plug-in for C# (or MCS?) but I doubt it's out of
alpha yet, if at all.
