I know in Access when you run a macro you can turn the echo on or off
so you don't have to watch the macro being executed. Is there cod
that I can add to do the same in excel?????

Any help I would appreciate it!

use this :

application.displayalerts=false

(and of course, changing it to "true" turns it back on
