ebabling cookies

Every time I go on e-bay, it tells me my browser is
rejecting cookies. I have lowered the security setting
and have enabled all cookies, I even "allowed" cookies
for e-bay and it still won't let me in. I have updated
internet explorer. I have not had this problem before, it
has just started happening. Any suggestions?

First check your firewall and other security-type programs. One of them may
be causing this.
