Easy way to delete duplicates in Outlook Calendar & Contacts

PLEASE HELP!

I'm using Outlook 2002 & I think my problem may stem from 2 different
things. I exported my .pst from one computer to the other AND I also synched
with a pocket PC.

At first just my contacts duplicated. Now ALL my appts, birthday reminders,
holidays have duplicated. I don't archive my Calendar so I have 3 yrs
duplicates to get rid of.

Is there anyone who can tell me how to delete these duplicates an easy way?
I've lost 2 nights sleep over this daunting task.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
