Over one year ago I downloaded software from Front Gea
in Salt Lake City, UT called Easy Track CRM (advertised t
be like Goldmine, ACT). There were early problems and th
software was uninstalled (money refunded). Since the
there have been several situations in which other program
have been installed or utilized and a "Easy Track CRM
installer panel appears and goes through some unknow
process. I believe it has happened when opening MS Access
but the current and immediate problem is after installin
Nikon digial camera software. Two different (but similar
Nikon programs trigger the same Easy Track CRM installer
Nikon View and their new software Picture Project. Th
software installs from CD with no problem or indication
When it is opened the Windows Installer panel and Eas
Track CRM installer panel cycle on and off. The program
eventually seem to operate properly, but viewing individua
digital images is not normal at the first attempt
I have gone through Registry entries thoroughly, an
removed any that contained Front Gear or Easy Track.
have searched for both entries throughout the XP Hom
Edition system and removed any such entries. I have ru
SpyBot Search & Destroy, Easy Cleaner, AdAware, and a
anti-virus program, all of which have worked well but hav
been removed except for SpyBot.
I will sincerely appreciate any suggestions fo
discovering and removing any XP entries for the proble
software which are embedded and now "invisible" in m
system. The system is a 2 year-old IntelP4 1.6GHz syste
with 512MB which has been very stable and problem free. Du
to my many digital software items, many downloaded fro
small suppliers, reformatting and reinstalling is a sever
problem
I am new to this forum and could easily miss a poste
reply. Please consider an e-mail reply or at least on
directing me to a posted reply
Thank-you
