I used to know this but for some reason I completly forgot-

I have a worksheet with formula refrences to other workbooks.
How do I remove the formula's while keeping the formula
result so I can email the worksheet.

Highlight the range,
Right Click > Copy
Right Click again > Paste Special
Check Values > OK

and if necessary,

Right Click again > Paste Special
Check Formats > OK
