The computer AFXJEANNE tried to connect to the server \\XX
using the trust relationship established by the X domain.
However, the computer lost the correct security identifier
(SID) when the domain was reconfigured. Reestablish the
trust relationship.

This is so annoying. IS there an easy fix?

I have had this problem before with XP machines. I merely removed the system from the Domain and then readded to the Domain again. fixed it right u

But that creates a new user and all email from outlook is
gone along with other settings.

Hi

I have only had this issue with XP machines and when I rejoined the domain the settings for that user were still there.

Still you can launch Outlook express and under options- Maintance there is a button called store folder where your mail folder is kept. Copy the outlook folder from here and then remove from domain. Once you have rejoined the domain then go back to the folder again and restore the outlook over the top of existing outlook.
