easy cd creator

my easy cd creator doesn't work. an error screen pops up
and it says to contact microsoft.

What version of Easy CD Creator? Anything less than version 5 is not
compatible with XP and version f requires a patch from the Roxio website.

If you have version 5 or later, try removing Easy CD Creator through
Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel then try reinstalling.

Also note: with version 5, the default installation installs Take Two, this
component is not compatible with XP. You must choose to do a custom install
from the Easy CD setup screen and deselect that option.
