Eastern Languag Pack

I reformated my computer recently, borrowing a friend installtion disk. I
just now realize that I don't have the eastern languag pack installed, and I
won't be able to borrow the disk again for a few months at least, because I
won't see the person again until my next college semester.

is there any other way to get this, without the disk?
