Easier way to do filter contacts by category?

I want to operate on a daily basis with all the contacts in a category.

Currently, I do two things:
View/Custom/Filter/More Choices/Business/OK/OK/OK/
Ctrl-A to select all
Edit/Category
Check Personal uncheck Business

Or:
View/Custom/Filter/More Choices/Personal/OK/OK/OK/
Ctrl-A to select all
Ctrl-D to delete all (yes, clear out this contacts category daily)

Also, I have to clear the filter with
View/Arrange By/Custom/Filter/Clear All

Is there a way to define or save a set of filtered category views (i.e.,
Business only, Personal Only, Suppliers Only) for easy switching between
them?

You can create new filtered views using the Define Views command, which you'll find buried a few submenus down in the View menu.

View / Arrange by / current View / Define views

Thanks, Sue!
