Earthlink e-mail

Need help setting up earthlink e-mail account, followed all their directions
but I can't recieve mail. I can send messages just fine.

Any suggestions?
 
Do you get an error message when you try to receive? If so,
right-click on the error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without that complete error message.
