earlier drivers of ATI radeon AIW 8500DV

One can see the latest drivers of ATI on the ATI web-site but what about the
earlier versions of the drivers? Nero specifies an earlier version of WDM
video capture driver for direct-to-DVD-RW video capture application using
the ATI Radeon 8500DV videocard under XP. But I cannot find it anywhere on
the ATI site. Could ATI or anyone familiar with this problem advise?
