EAP Type list not populated

When navigating to the "Authentication" tab of my wireless connection, the
"EAP Type" dropdown is empty. I need to be able to set this to Protected
EAP. Is there a component I need to add?

I am using a Cisco 350 WLAN adapter with latest drivers (although problem
occurs even before installing Cisco software at all).
XPe SP2 with latest released QFEs.
Wireless Zero Config component is installed
Network Provisioning service is installed

Any ideas would be helpful. At this point, I've added everything including
the Kitchen Sync to my build and I still don't get the list.
