E-mails to large groups

What's the best way for me to send an e-mail message to
over 3300 addresses in my contacts list. My company has a
10 MB size restriction. The list is very dynamic and
changes from day to day.

Are you saying that each email is 10 mb (that is the what you imply by
the 10 mb restriction).

3300 emails is a lot using normal methods. If sending by a normal ISP
they may block (to stop you sending spam).

Discuss with whomever runs the mail server you use.

Try a mail merge to electronic mail, presuming you have the same version of
Word as of Outlook. You may want to break the list into smaller groups to
send....
