e-mails immediately disappear

I have received e-mails where I hear a notification sound adn even see the
e-mail pop up into my inbox, but then it immediately disappears. The Tech
people here have verified that I do not have any filters that should be
causing the e-mails to be permanently deleted.

Any ideas?
 
Do you have any Rules Wizard rules or Junk Mail process moving/deleting
things?
