e-mails come in on grey paper... make it white for me. . . .

Some e-mails come in on white paper, but anything that comes in HTML comes in
grey and I hate it. How do I fix them all to come in white? By the way, they
used to all come in white. This is a recent problem.

so if someone send you a html message, you cant change the color.
Or you set you internet format to text.
