E-mailing spreadsheet

Is there a way to e-mail a spreadsheet to a specific list
of people, lets say every Tuesday at 1:00 pm? My company
is using Groupwise.

I wouldn't do this within Excel (as Excel has to run for this). Try
setting this up in Groupwise or any other scheduling program
