e-mailing pictures

I have been sending inspection pictures to the home office for a long time.
Recently Outlook Express quit accepting my photos to send. It acts like its
going to go, but then I get an error that it was undeliverable. How can I
get Outlook Express 6.0 to accept my pictures again. Outlook Express is my
default mail server.

You need to post in an Outlook Express newsgroup. Outlook and Outlook
Express are different products.
