e-mailing from web-sites

i have not been able to e-mail from any web-sites .we have windows xp and
outlook express 6..i wonder does it have anything to do with this new
msn????it tells me (access to account denied.verify user name and password.
acct hotmail server.error 0x800ccc33 help!!!!!

Is your Hotmail account the default or only email account in OE?
