E-mailing from access

I need to send e-mails to a list of people generated in a query. I'd like
to send individual e-mails to each person. Is there an easy way to do this?
I have been asked to figure it out by end of day Sunday. Our special events
committee wants to e-mail its membership about an upcoming event.
