FAX numbers, as far as Outlook is concerned, are addresses and will b
presented in the address book. If you do not use the Windows FAX software
then either remove all FAX numbers from the Contacts entries or put
non-digit (like the word "FAX" or the letter "F" in front of the number i
the Business FAX field. This will cause Outlook to ignore that field
