E-mail Subject line is gone in Outlook 2000

When I write a new outlook 2000 e-mail from scratch, The
subject line no longer appears under the "from" and "to"
lines. I have tried looking at forms, restoring my
computer using XP, and reinstalling office 2000. It is
still gone. Any other suggestions? (I don't really
understand forms.)

Try View | Message Header...does that fix it?

Yes that did. Thank you.
I thought I tried that as I was going throught the Help
items. I obviously did not try it correctly. Once
