e-mail rich text

I removed richtext format from my e-mail compose window
and now, even though I have it in the rich text off, as
instructed, cant seem to get it back.
 
Hi Ron,

Assuming you are using Outlook Express, click tools/options/send tab, check
html mail settings near the bottom.
