e mail problems with vista

Please can someone tell me why I loose my internet conection when I try to
forward an e mail that I have recived or try to send a file to a mail
recipient, thanx guys

Well, The Way I Understand It Is, Why You Lose Your Internet Connection When
You Try To Forward An EMail Is Because The System Is
Acting Weird. Just FYI. EMail Should Not Lose An Internet Connection But I
Was Playing With Ubuntu And I Couldn't Connect To The Internet To Speak With
The Aliens. Just FYI. I Think That I Corrected The Problem When I Rebooted
The Computer And Chanted. Just FYI.

I Hope That Clears It Up. Just FYI
 
Check your settings under Tools | Options | Connections and Tools | Accounts
| Mail | Properties | Connection.
